Santiago Moreno

I’m Santiago Moreno, and I work as a troubleshooting specialist for Bugdir.com. My job is to help people solve their most frustrating tech problems—whether it’s a stubborn software bug, a hardware malfunction, or a network that refuses to connect. Growing up in my family’s electronics store near Valencia, I learned early on how to fix what others considered beyond repair. After years of working for big tech firms, I decided to bring my expertise to Bugdir.com, where I can tackle unique challenges and help people worldwide.
Interests:
- Hobbies:
“I love restoring vintage tech. There’s something special about bringing old gadgets back to life—it’s like solving a mystery with a dash of nostalgia.” - Passions:
“Sharing knowledge is a big part of who I am. At Bugdir.com, I enjoy creating guides and tutorials that empower people to fix their own tech issues. I also run free local workshops when I’m not online.” - Other Interests:
“Outside of work, I’m a foodie at heart. Cooking Spanish dishes, especially paella, is my way of unwinding after a long day of debugging.”
Skill Development Backstory:
My journey to Bugdir.com started in that little electronics shop my family ran. Fixing radios and TVs with basic tools taught me patience and creativity. At university, I dove deep into computer engineering, joining hackathons and helping professors troubleshoot lab devices for extra credit. Corporate life introduced me to large-scale system issues, but I found my passion in solving the problems others couldn’t.
When Bugdir.com came calling, it was a perfect match. I get to combine all my skills—software, hardware, and teaching—and apply them to real-world problems submitted by users worldwide. Every case is a new puzzle, and I love being part of a platform where solutions have a real impact.
